About Elgin HVAC Services
Elgin HVAC Services is a licensed HVAC contractor serving Elgin, Texas and Bastrop County. We repair, install and maintain heating and cooling systems for homeowners and light-commercial property owners.
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We charge no emergency surcharge, and we give every customer a written flat-rate quote before work starts.
Our Story
Our owner and lead technician is Arthur Thomas. Arthur has spent 15 years working on heating and cooling systems with his own hands. As lead technician, he sets the standard for every job our team takes on, from a single capacitor swap to a full system replacement.
The business behind the Elgin HVAC Services brand was founded in 2024. We built it around one idea: Elgin deserves a contractor who shows up at any hour and charges the same fair price every time.
That idea shapes everything we do. We answer the phone at 3 a.m. We send a text when we are on the way. We explain the problem in plain words before we quote it.
Licensed, Accredited and Accountable
We hold Texas TDLR license TACLA142610C. Our license number appears on this site because we want you to check it.
Elgin HVAC Services is BBB accredited. Our customers have left 119+ reviews, and you can read our customer reviews before you call.
We back every job with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
How We Work
Our process is the same for a small repair and a full system replacement:
- Schedule. You call (737) 221-4420 or contact us online. We book same-day service for repairs, diagnostics and emergencies.
- Diagnose. Our technician inspects the system and finds the cause, not just the symptom.
- Quote. You receive a written flat-rate quote. The price is fixed before we start.
- Install or Repair. We complete most jobs the same day.
- Inspect and Follow up. Before the technician leaves, airflow, temperature split and refrigerant charge are all verified, and you get a walkthrough of what was done.
We give honest repair-or-replace advice at every step. If a repair makes sense, we repair. If replacement makes more sense, we say so and present good, better and best options with free estimates. We do not push upsells.
What We Service and Install
Our technicians repair, install and maintain air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps and ductless mini-splits. We also service air handlers, clean ducts, install air purifiers and install thermostats.
We are an authorized Bryant dealer, and our specialties are Carrier, Lennox and American Standard. We also install and service Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Goodman, Rheem and Trane.
Where We Serve
Elgin HVAC Services serves Elgin, Texas, a Bastrop County city on US 290 east of Austin. Elgin is known as the sausage capital of Texas.
Our service area covers Elgin, Bastrop, McDade, Paige, Coupland and nearby Bastrop County communities. Central Texas summers push temperatures past 95 degrees F for much of the year, and we keep our neighbors cool through all of it.
